Steak, cilantro and onion tacos

If prepared properly, there's nothing that comes close. Served with verde or rojo salsa (green or red salsa).

Manterro, that looks delicious, but......
I prefer brisket tacos with cilantro and sauted onions with a little au jus on the side. I have this problem with raw onions......
