Glad to hear this. It has always been one of our favorites. We went for the first time when the price was $55.

Luckily, we usually have enough reward credits to pay for it!

Love the Sterling Brunch, been many times. My daughter might be going this Sunday, if she does I'll get a comparison between the old and the new one and post something.
Wow, bringing back some newer Old Vegas. Glad to see this.

Yummy

Just remember. Concentrate on the champagne and the seafood. Don't take too much of the fillers (salads, breads, etc.).
Concur, RM.

I don't even get up to check the food until I have nursed a flute of champagne. Then it is seafood almost exclusively. And caviar. Occasionally some rack of lamb or filet mignon, but this is all about the crab, lobster, sea scallops and sushi. With lots of Perrier Jouet for good measure. Once four of us were kibitzing after eating and the server popped open a bottle and put it on the table. Nice touch, though also a message that the buffet was closing. Lol
I totally agree that "selective eating" is the only way to go at this buffet. My appys are always three shrimp (they are huge) and two crab claws. I might take a half ladle of the lobster bisque, which amounts to about three spoons worth.

I can't eat a whole omelet, so I steal a couple of bites from my husband's. Then it is on to lobster, king crab, and one small slice of prime rib.

I always ask the server for ice cream for dessert. It is house made and delicious!

I'm full just writing about it, lol.

Even though I love custom omelets, I think I'd pass on one for this buffet.
I ordered the lobster boursin omelet once. May be the best omelet the I have ever eaten. But it was big even though I asked for a two-egg omelet. And I felt guilty wasting 80 percent of it.
