steve jobs died

i dont think it was a huge shocker,he had resigned and handed over the reigns of apple several months ago. Way too young at 56. That pancreatic cancers' a tough one once it takes hold. That man accomplished a boatload for that short of time.

Showed an old interview with him and talking about the PC and ended up with saying something to the effect of "and who knows, maybe one day, people might end up getting one for home use". I cant even imagine not having our pcs,we have one for each of us,i imagine most are like that. Hell, ive worked in sect 8 houses and they had a nicer PC than me lol.

Anyway RIP STEVE'o
He was the most innovative tech man alive and probably will be remembered for decades and decades for his products.
His returning to Apple and rescuing the company is one of the most incredible business stories of our time. It was trading around $5 on his return and has reached close to $400 this year. The richest company in the world! Amazing.

Sympathy for his wife, kids and the entire Apple family!
Yes,it has surpassed EXXON in market cap,i never thought any co. would acheive that. A really interesting article i read was about his personal life. He kept pretty quiet for the most part but one part struck me as quite interesting. He talked about past drug use,LSD specifically and how it expanded his mind and made him think in different ways. He went on to say(or quip?) that if bill gates had maybe dropped acid a few times,he too could have thought in different ways and went even further that he did. Definitely interesting.
