Stiffing Total Rewards

Horseshoe is now in Cleveland. Made diamond in a day playing BJ.

Great offers from Cleveland and Vegas...

They will fly me to Reno or Laughlin and set me up in a room... Never been there and dont want to gamble

there.

Yet I have the pick of the litter for that weekend in Vegas for hotel room, can I use 2 offers at once?

If I play in Vegas and not Reno/Laughlin will I be stiffing them?

Anyone else ever do this package flight and hotel?

What airline, non-stop? was it worth it?
Laughlin is exremely hot now. It is very laid back and has about 8 or so casinos. One is Harrah's.

I've never been to Reno so I can't help you there.

We have taken a trip to Atlantic City via Harrah's and flew on Spirit Air. NEVER again on Spirit. They charge for everything, including a carry-on. Plus, it is super cramped seating unless you upgrade for more $$.

Room was great; no complaints about that.

If you want to go, go. If you have no interest, then don't. Simple as that.

Are you asking if you can double book CET rooms in Vegas and Laughlin or Reno at the same time? Online reservations most likely would not let you do this because you have a current reservation for those dates. I've had reservations for one market on specific dates and was curious about the same dates in another market. I was not able to see pricing because I had a current reservation on those dates.

If you accept an offer to fly/stay in Laughlin and don't play in Laughlin, you will be stiffing Laughlin. If you're looking at the charter as an inexpensive way to get to Vegas, book rooms somewhere else or travel with a friend and book the Vegas rezzy in the friend's name.
Sounds like some very good offers. I wouldn't mess with it, I would pick one and not try to milk it for what it is worth because they may stiff me right back by cutting me off with future offers when/if they find out (not worth it to try). Just my take about it, to each their own though.

You from Cleveland? Just curious. I live close to the Shoe.....glad its a CET prop they put down there.
Why not play in Harrah's Reno? The BJ and VP is better there than any HET property in LV-at least for low limits.
To my surprise, I was able to double book LV (Ballys) and Laughlin (Harrahs) last September. Had no issues.

I'm thinking if Higgs made DOD, not too worried about low limits.

Dan Gilbert owns 80% of the casino.. CET owns the other 20%.. They run the whole casino operation from

gaming to cleaning.

BJ rules are ok... 3/2 bj, double on anything, split up to 4 hands, cant re-split aces, no surrender and dealer

hits soft 17 unless you bet 100 or more per hand.

Average slot is around 4 dollar max spin..

All in All I like.. Never was a Harrahs lover, but hell its 5 mins away.. Plus comps seem to be alot better at CET

compared to MGM.

I Live in Avon btw.
Not sure if you like beer but did you see they raised the draft and bottle prices by $1. I knew they wouldnt be giving out $3 Great Lakes too long. Hell even a BudLight bottle is $5. But I really dont go there to drink....maybe 1 or 2.

I have yet to get on a table. Sadly I have been playing slots but earned some nice comps. Really havent lost all that much in 4 trips...maybe $130? But my trip to Vegas next week Sunday-Friday was comped at Paris.

All of their machines are state of the art so no more of the chintzy penny machines although I dont mind them from time to time.

How have the dealers been? Any mistakes?

I live in Lakewood now but born/raised in Youngstown....nice not to have to go to scumbag gross Mountaineer.
