Sunset station or fiesta henderson?

Hi all,

I am looking for a hotel to stay for a night (11-4-13)and from this hotel take a cab to the jokers wild for 1 dollar craps. I might eat or play a bit in this hotel also.
I am doubting between sunset station and fiesta henderson?
Wich one do you think is beeter or is there a third option i am overlooking.

Sunset Station is pretty diverse, far more dining and gambling options than Fiesta Henderson. I'd go there. All the other casino hotels of any size are quite a bit further from Jokers Wild.

Sunset is a higher echelon property for sure. If the prices are the same then Sunset will give you a better room for the money.

I prefer Fiesta Henderson's casino but thats largely because I had a good lucky streak there.

Sunset is closer(it is possible to walk to Jokers Wild if you are so inclined. It's not a short walk, but not a long one either). There is also the little Wild Fire casino across the parking lot FWIW.

The Fiesta casino is great, but the Fiesta rooms are horrible. So is the buffet. Don't believe the reviews on Trip Advisor - they (Fiesta) give a free room night to anyone who posts a review. It's on a coupon when you check in.

Sunset rooms are perfectly acceptable - although not as great as Green Valley Ranch's. I would choose Sunset by a mile.
