Super Bowl Parties - who has the best?

Flights have been booked. Wife and I will be in Vegas Super Bowl weekend and not sure where best to stay. Who puts on the best Super Bowl bash and why?
We too will be in town for the super bowl for the first time. We are staying on a comp at the Paris Casino. Not sure if they have a party or not. But, I would be interested as well as a good party spot for viewing.

If you look on the "net" of course their are many all over town. Just would like some opinions on any people have actually attended.

We are booked in at Mandalay Bay right now and I get tons of mail and emails from numerous hotels and they all claim the best Super Bowl party in town.
This is our 7th trip for Super Bowl weekend...

Green Valley Ranch had the best food, (All You Can Eat) had curtained off "rooms" with two 12 person tables, one 46 inch TV and a waiter in each room... Spent two years there, loved their in room betting window...

Paris for 2 games, BIG BALLROOM, good atmosphere, but bad game viewing on a four way projection screen in the center of the room, hung from the ceiling. Food was good, tons of waiters, and topless "painted on jerseys" girls...

Red Rock for 3 games, in the Bowling Alley, shown on MULTIPLE screens, but too many to really enjoy it. Had the overhead screens (where your scores would normally be) and on the screens over the pins... VERY dizzying... Food was ok, but they moved in BJ and Craps tables in addition to their in room betting window. They had a vast array of giveaways during the game, and had NFL signed memoribilia available for purchase or silent auction...

Going to Mandalay Bay this season...

There are many hotels that use their main showroom for SB viewing. The Hilton even has betting kiosks in the showroom. Sam's Town opens up their Sam's Town Live showroom for the B"I"G GAME, and serves $1 hot dogs and beer. Usually will find the same at Stations properties.

There really isn't a bad spot to watch the game since everyone has it on all Big Screens in the casino and sports books. I like to sit at the bar and play video poker when the game is on. If I go this year, it will be at the Silverton as usual.
