DonDiego would prefer to bet "make the playoffs" or "win the Division" at lower odds; he'd favor the Philadelphia Eagles among the favorites and Tampa Bay Buccaneers among the long-shots. The Chicago Bears might be worth a shot to "make the playoffs" too.
Sorry DD, Vick just does not seem to be the man to get them where they want to get (super bowl)

Giants will be strong again
Cowboys a contender for wild card spot
Redskins will be better but will stake the year on RG3.

Eagles will be hard pressed to be 2nd in the East but most likely 3rd. Ouch.
With the Saints now without Sean Payton as head coach for the season, putting them in crisis mode, has the odds changed? And with Tebow going to the Jets, would that change their odds also?

One online book raised the odds on New Orleans from 10-to-1 to 12-to-1. It also lowered the odds on Atlanta from 28-to-1 to 25-to-1, . . . and Carolina from 40-to-1 to 30-to-1.

Mr. Tebow's move is unlikely to have a significant effect, as he is not presumed to be the starter.

so if one were to place a bet on, say.....Buffalo, and Buffalo won the Superbowl next year. How long would one have to collect their 100-1 winnings?

The industry standard time-limit is 60 or 90 days after the event. One may also mail the ticket for redemption. Instructions for mail-in are written on the back of the ticket; the time-limit will also be written there.

Blade agrees with DD about placing bets to win division instead of the SB.
