The Dallas (Arlington-where the Super Bowl will be) area is experiencing rolling blackouts of about 45 minutes at a time. The two airports have been closed for some hours daily. Hundreds of flights have been cancelled as a result of airport closures.

The roads are coated in a one inch ice sheet. There is almost no traffic on the roads.
