Donald Trump made an appearance in an explicit 2000 Playboy video. [S]cenes from the film feature fully nude women posing in sexual positions, dancing naked, touching themselves while naked, touching each other sensually, rubbing honey on themselves, taking a bath, and dressing in costumes.

So Mali, how do you feel about Liarry's judgement in making Ms. Machado an example today?... Not to mention her being a porn star! If you were running for high office, do you think you would have background checked her just a little bit?
Lol, you want to see how fast Machado becomes invisible, just watch!
Fritz, I think a major party would vet their candidates a little better, don’t you? Does this mean the Republican party no longer views porn as a national healthcare crisis?
A Playboy video is porn? I would think that you, a self acknowledged porn addict, would know that is reaching.
I wouldn’t call myself and addict, but I do enjoy a little adult entertainment from time to time. Anyhow, I specified softcore porn because that is what it is, and I think the majority of people would agree with that definition.
Do you care to give any back up for that? I consider hard core or soft core porn to be films where actual sex took place or was imitated as taking place. Under your definition, anybody in a movie with nudity, is automatically a porn.
I also want to take issue with you when you use bogus terms like Trump was crushed in the debates. While I agree he didn't win, I don't think any minds were changed.
The distinction for most people is whether or not some type of penetration is shown. Generally, in softcore, the people depicted will appear nude and to be engaging in some sort of sexual act, but the actual act isn't shown up close. Nudity in and of itself isn't porn of any type. A lot of it is contextual. If you are watching a Hollywood movie and 3 minutes of the 120-minute movie shows nude people rolling around in bed most people wouldn't consider that porn. However, if you are up late at night watching something on Cinemax and of the 120-minute movie 90 minutes is of people rolling around together naked in bed most people would consider that softcore even if no actual penetration was shown. Interestingly enough, the government defines what it considers porn in USC 2256.
sexually explicit conduct” means actual or simulated—
(i)sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex;
(ii)bestiality;
(iii)masturbation;
(iv)sadistic or masochistic abuse; or
(v)lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person;
People that produce movies and or photographs that include any of these acts are required to keep records of anyone depicted in these works including their real names, their addresses and copies of their photo ids showing that they were at least 18 at the time the depiction was created. You can find this in USC 2257. Even though Trump didn't appear nude in the in the Playboy video, if the video were shot under current law, the producer of that video would be required to keep Donald's Id and address on file for government inspection because the work itself would be considered sexually explicit.
BTW: I don't recall using the term crushed.
