Tattoos one more time

My wife's friend had been divorced for about 5 years, started dating a guy for about a month before giving in to his needs. She fell in love with the guy and she went out and got a tattoo with his name on her left breast. The guy dumped her and told her, that she was the type of person that they could have had a great long relationship, he thinks women are sexy with tattoos, for one nighters only, not to have as a girlfriend or to marry them.

I was at Planet Hollywood last week and PH has a tattoo parlor, I notice about 8 females getting tattoos and only 1 guy getting one. I don't know what the world is coming too, but there are way too many females looking like men when it comes to getting tattoos. I saw a female with a very large tear drop in the front of her chest, I believe it was about 8 by 8 inch, looked terrible along with the maybe 20 or so tattoos around her chest and arms. Beautiful women ruining there bodies getting tattoos. A hidden tattoo is okay, but how many is too many.
Very effective warning signs.
How do you feel about men with sleeves? Are you okay with men who have tattoos all over their arms and other public places?
Another good example.....Danielle from American Pickers. Beautiful woman for sure.....but she has way, way too many tattoos. Every one of her fingers, in the knuckle area, has a very dark tattoo. I have no idea how many individual tattoos she has....but I'm guessing over 50 ? Maybe more.

I'm like a lot of the LVA folks out there. A little discreet tat on a woman is fine....but to look like the illustrated woman is a bit much.

Just my .02

I'm 100% ink free.
However, everyone I know who has a tattoo is proud of it and sees it as artwork. To each his/her own.
I would love to see a survey of 10 year tattoos - are you still pleased that you did it?

Also I would love to see how it screws up peoples dating preferences -

In the UK, nearly one third of tattoo owners regret their ink, according to this new story.

I think people are reluctant to share their regrets about the tattoos, particularly with people who don't have any.

I often told my boys whengrowing up, to NEVER get a tat where it shows as it could very well limit their employment opportunities. My youngest son is the only one who got a tat. It is on his left shoulder and is covered when wearing a shirt. Its a long scrolly thing.

I saw a woman at a wedding recently with a "backless dress", that had a whole bunch or words written on it. I couldn't get close enough to read it all, but I told my wife that it was nice that this woman came with directions....
