BTW, When in Vegas in May, put $100 on tha Pats to win the AFC, and $100 to win the SB.

The Pats have some challenges in the passing game; no Welker, Hernandez and Gronkowski is still hurt.

As a lifelong Jet fan I put $100 on them to win less than 6 games

I'll take that bet.

J-E-T-S stands for Just End The Season although it usually takes a few regular season games to kick in. This year it started with training camp

I have a friend that is a Jets fan and he absolutely wouldn't know what to do with himself if the Jets started winning. He is also a Yankees fan so me being a Pats fan and a Red Sox fan we have a lot of fun conversations.

So the Patriots play their final practice game tonight at Foxboro against Bags' team, the Giants.

Will this be Tebow's last game as a Patriot ??? ........ OR ???

Here's some Preseason QB Stats to ponder;

Mallett ...... att = 60, ... Comp% = 53.3, ... yds/att = 5.5, ... sck = 0, ... long = 23, .......... RATING = 80.6

Brady........ att = 44, ... Comp% = 77.3, ... yds/att = 8.1, ... sck = 2, ... long = 37, .......... RATING = 106.0

Tebow ...... att = 19, ... Comp% = 26.3, ... yds/att = 2.8, ... sck = 3, ... long = 17, .......... RATING = 17.7

I hope they sit Brady for the entire game, but I feel he'll see about a dozen snaps.
That should leave plenty of playing time for backups.

The speculation is that bill belichick knew what he was getting when he got Tebow and that Tebow is going to be a project but he will be kept. Those roster spots are precious, and I would love to be a fly on the wall in the coaches meetings.

I think if he is cut by the Patriots, his NFL days are over.

Tebow threw 2 TD's against the Giants last night. Might not mean anything since the 2nd and 3rd string teams were playing. But he still got the TD passes. Maybe he hangs around a little longer!
