i am going for christmas.

still working out the staying part. i am starting off with five nights at caesars - comped (!!!). i will also be at the el cortez three nights, im not sure what dates though. i kinda want to stay there on christmas because i love being downtown on christmas, but i also want to use my dining credit mixed with coupons for the flame an they wont be good that weekend because of the holiday. i still have five days to fill. im booked at the gold coast for three of them, but dont want to spend three nights there. im also booked at the imperial palace (luv tub!) for three nights, not sure if im going to stay there. i also have an offer from the stratosphere which i may use, not sure. i have choices.

new things i am going to do: im going to use my great race comps and try new restaurants at harrahs properties. i am also considering an all day stage pass. ALSO new, i plan on tormenting karentn (that part isnt new) by sending her a new picture of either caesars (love of her life) or various games with WHEELS on them EVERY DAY (this part is new).

First off five nights comped at caesars, nice!

My next trip is Oct 21-25

First night Plaza and Golden Gate. The Plaza room was a deal and then the GG sent me a free night. Double booked!

Next two nights are at the Cosmo and we double booked a Harrahs room for our friends Chuck and Michael Anne. The cosmo comp is making up for our shitty room from back in May. The Harrahs room is a CET comp.

The last night we are at the Mirage on a comp!

We are gonna see Elton (paid with points!) and that is all that is planned, so far...

please report back about the plaza! i keep considering booking (and paying for) a two-night stay there. i keep going to book it and have to stop myself because since my trip is so faraway, i may very well get a mailer before then.

Played at Cosmo 3 days... will use my offer in January.
and looking to stay at Red Rock cuz it's close to the Canyon for morning walking (Brrrr)

I.P is being demolished for The Linq so say good bye, so long to those Luv Tubs. Glad I stayed there once.

the imperial palace is most definitely not being imploded. its being renamed and they are going to stretch it out to the strip.

Another question a lot of you asked was about how this will impact the Imperial Palace.

So the Imperial Palace is not being torn down at all, so maybe that can retire some concerns. What we're going to do is move the porte-cochere from the front of the property, where it's a little awkward and the customers are interacting with the cars, over to the side. We're going to replace that with new casino space that will bring the IP all the way up to Las Vegas Blvd.

The casino floor will receive significant enhancements - we think you're really going to like what we have in store.

In just 18 days I'll be checking into the Riviera for a 10 night stay (comped).

I am double booked at the Aria for 2 nights due to an offer for 400 in fp and a 100 in food and beverage credit, I'm really looking forward to staying there.

I have tickets to see Mystere at the TI on the 28th at 9:30 and Lewis Black at the Mirage on the 30th at 10:00.

I have two meet-ups I plan on attending during my stay, it'll be nice to meet some people from this and another board.

Sunday football at a local bar that caters to Eagles fans (madison ave bar and grill), just 5 minutes from the Riviera.

New things: Go visit red rock caynon, take a ride across the new bypass bridge by the hoover dam (I'll have a rental for 7 days) .

Casinos I've never visited that I plan on seeing - Wynn, Paris and Cosmo.

I also plan on hitting a mega jackpot !

Arriving on October 12th (my birthday). Staying two nights at Caesars, followed by three nights at Paris.

This will be the first time we have a car, so we will be checking out M Resort, Aliente and probably Red

Rock.

Oct 21-24. I'll be staying at the Silverton the first night, never stayed there before. I'll be playing in a private poker tournament with friends at the M that night, my first visit to that casino. The next two nights will be at the Riviera. I hope to meet up with some folks from Vegas Rex that will be in town that weekend too.

I will be arriving in Las Vegas September 25 and staying four nights. I have comped rooms at the Fremont.

Places that I want to check out are Cosmo and I want to take a look at the new and improved Plaza and maybe check out Silverton and M Resort as I have never been to those two places either.

My problem is I am a creature of habit and usually just play at my favorite places. I have certain vibes about places and if I have good luck there I am hesitant to try new places.

I like staying at the Fremont as I like playing there and have many favorite machines there especially those STP machines.
