great idea! im going to steal it.

i leave in 22 days. ill be there thirteen nights.

two nights at the orleans (only staying one though)
five nights at caesars
three nights at the el cortez in a cabana suite (only staying one though)
two nights at the four queens
three nights at the hilton, double booked with four nights at the imperial palace in a luv tub room

not sure if ill actually stay at the hilton or imperial palace. ill figure that out when im there.

i get home december 26 and on december 30, i fly to los angeles to spend new years eve there. then bright and early new years day, i land back in vegas for a wonderful 37 hours. this stay will be at the imperial palace in a luv tub room. i want to be downtown, but dont have the offers for it.

Going from Feb 17 to Feb 22. We will be meeting our son there. Have not mad a reservation yet as we are still looking at deals. The plan is 3 nights in a cheaper hotel since we will need 2 rooms then 2 nights at a nicer place.

Since he hasn't been in a while we will let him pick the activities & meals.

From there we will be going skiing in Park City for 4 days.
Ahhhhhhhhh, I can't wait to go!!! Almost there!!
Flying into Vegas on Dec. 1st , College buddy from Kingman " AZ " picking me up at the airport, taking me back to his place to show me where he lives , I fly in 8:30 am and he will have already been overnight in Vegas, so this works good, he has comp rooms in Laughlin, so I will spend 3 nights there after the kingman stop, then it's up to vegas for a one night stay DT and 6 nights at the Trop. I originally only had a week trip planned but extended it to 11 days.

I finally get to post something on this thread. Going next week for two nights. Yes, it is business, going for a convention for meeting planners, and will have to work while I'm there, but still, any trip to Vegas is a good one!

Using TR for free nights at Ballys, using miles for air, have two business related parties to attend for dinner (free food), so I can save all my $$ for VP!
Leaving on 12/16 for 3 nights at the Palms, comped. Also booked 2 nights across the street at the Gold Coast because they were free. Will try to find another home base casino for future visits since the Palms is getting tighter. Might try to use some of my Great Escape Harrah's money this trip for some fine dining. Might even venture downtown for a little play.
i leave in one week!
December 15-22 3 nights at Four Queens, 4 nights at Harrah's, all comped. A lot has happened since our April Vegas vacation so we almost didn't book our annual December trip but we need the stress reliever. May 20th Shane had a stroke and the Dr just said "avoid stress". Unfortunately a week later we were evacuating our house due to a flood threat. We weren't even in a flood plain due to 64 million Minot, ND paid in the 80s for flood control dams in Canada. False alarm, so we thought. Slept in our almost empty home until the end of June when we thought the threat was completely over and started moving stuff back on a Sunday. Sunday night our local reporter (google Jim Olson KXMC news) went up to Canada and found out how much water was headed our way, something our government, the corps of engineers and the canadian government didn't feel we needed to know. 11,000 people were evacuated in 3 days from our town of 35,000. Over 4000 homes flooded for days and months. We had 8.5 feet water in our home for 24 days. Mucked our house out, gutted it and winterized it because we didn't know until one week ago whether we would be able to rebuild in our neighborhood or if it would be a green area. Lived in our camper in brother-in-laws yard 35 miles from home until we got a FEMA trailer a few weeks ago, along with over 2000 other families in town. TG as it is cold here and I hated the commute on icey snowy roads. Our town is in the middle of an oil boom (google bakken formation) so there was nowhere for anyone to live before the flood let alone after the flood. FEMA said this is one of the biggest disasters they have ever worked on. So sorry if this was TMI but just had to tell the story to show how important this trip is to get away from it all and as a needed stress reliever for Shane before we start rebuilding.
i leave TONIGHT.
