Wow, that sounds almost like the definition of "disorderly conduct," in MN. Do you think a photo of a hand rubbing the bottom of a stall wall would work?
You think sex in a public bathroom should be legal?

A new Tennessee law makes it a crime to "transmit or display an image" online that is likely to "frighten, intimidate or cause emotional distress" to someone who sees it.

... constitutional scholar Eugene Volokh points out just how broad the legislation is. The law doesn't require that the picture be of the "victim," nor would the government need to prove that you intended the image to be distressing. Volokh points out that a wide variety of images, "pictures of Mohammed, or blasphemous jokes about Jesus Christ, or harsh cartoon insults of some political group," could “cause emotional distress to a similarly situated person of reasonable sensibilities,” triggering liability. Only if there are no stalls.

Do YOU think HETEROSEXUAL men should be baited by women, and then charged with a crime when they make a sexual advance?

They do. Women cops pose as hookers. Prostitution is illegal, so they arrest men looking for illegal sex. Just like homosexual or heterosexual public bathroom sex.

So, to make it fair, you think undercover police women should hang out in mens bathrooms at the airport trying to solicit sex? That would make for a great episode of Cops.

So If someone goes and sits down to take a crap on a public toilet that is baiting?

Perpetual denial. The more often you deny something, the less true it becomes.

It's not a trick question. If a woman intentionally does something toward a man or men that indicates an interest in some sort of sexual activity, and a heterosexual man indicates his interest, should that man be charged with a crime?
