ISIS is a stateless enemy. Other than targeted air strikes who would you have us invade and conquer? Belgium? Greece? Iraq again? Germany? Syria? Do tell.

Isis controls territory that is larger than Belgium. A coordinated invasion by the affected countries could easily defeat them.
