I doubt it. I likie Wynn, but their customer service is horrible. I stayed there once, on a three night comp and had three separate incidents.
Incident 1- I was suffering from terrible plantar facicitus and for the only time in my life, was using a cane. My friend lives in Vegas and has a Handicapped Resident card that,by law, is supposed to get him to the front of any line. We went to the buffet and they refused to let us to the front, as required by law. Instead, they estimated how long a wait we would have if we were on line and told us they would seat us in 45 minutes. I thought that was fair, but my friend was livid. We went and did a little gambling and came back forty minutes later. Different people working the line and they don't know anything about anything. We finally get a manager and he sits us but wasn't very pleasant about it.
Incident 2- I valet my car overnite. Come down the next afternoon and give my ticket to a guy. Fifteen minutes goes by, twenty. I ask about the car. No one knows anything. Another twenty minutes. Now I'm pissed. Some Suit comes along and is asking me if Im sure I didn't park someplace else. says it happens all the time- was I drinking last night. Ask me to describe the guy. Says it doesn't sound familiar. Im getting no where so I call the police. They arrive, but as its a rental I dont know the plate number or even what year the car is. Suddenly I see the guy I gave the ticket to. He'd been sent over to the other valet to help out, left the ticket in the booth and the wind had blown it onto the floor. Two and a half hours wasted and the suit offered me a single buffet pass.
Incident 3- When checking out, I left a book in the bathroom. It was a cheap history book but it had many notes I'd made in the margins for a project I was working on. I was in Laughlin when I realized I didn't have the book so I called Wynn, got the lost and found and was told the book wasn't there. Called the next day, no book. When I returned to Vegas, I went there and when the book wasn't there, I filed a security report. Two days later, I get a call- they investigated, found nothing and the case was closed. A week later, I'm in NY and the book shows up in the mail. No paperwork, just the book.
I currently own Wynn stock, I like Mr Wynn, but I'll never spend a dime on his properties again
