As of this time no charges even tho managed to hit 2 houses, destroy jeep cherokee, destroy light pole, 2 yards and so on, and slide into our truck.
The jeep was sent to salvage today.

When you say no charges, do you mean no criminal charges?

I assume he was cited?

TICKET . He was taken home by the PD ..
No search of vehicle, or Breath test nada.
I was out the door and there 30 seconds after it happened, I was knocked off the couch. The report was SOOOO vage it was a good thing I took pictures.

Don't worry, the power company will nail them for that telephone pole.

No they did not know about it till I CALLED the PD refused to call it in and it was a light, I gave the insurance info to the city lights, and was told, if they do not get the work ticket then the taxpayers will eat the cost. WTH, I gave you everything and you still say you'll just have the taxpayers pay on it.

I would guess the DA is figuring out everything they can charge the guy with right now. If not,somethings a little fishy there. If the driver got sent to the hospital they probably took blood and will check BAC there otherwise i can't imagine there was no breathalyzer given.

No refused EMS. Yes it is fishy cannot go into more detail I am finding things out...........

The cherokee saved me, car bounced off it and changed direction and hit my neighbors home.....

I was 2 foot from our window, the driver was not hurt either. He hit so hard the axel of it was broke and twisted and shoved to the curb and flattened both the new tires on the cherokee.

I cried as they loaded it up, there is no justice.

Sounds like someone has "connections".
