While the hotel rooms and breakfast credit were accurate, the rest of the package sponsored by Exotic Escapes was promoted without our approval or consent and included amenities that are not offered by the Plaza. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience and confusion that this inaccurate information has caused our guests.
On April 5, Living Social issued a refund for the entire amount paid for the package for guests who have not yet redeemed their voucher. If you have additional questions, please email the Living Social Help Center at [email protected] and they will be able to assist.
