Since we're on the subject, from The Smoking Gun: "Witness 40": Exposing A Fraud In Ferguson

'DECEMBER 15--The grand jury witness who testified that she saw Michael Brown pummel a cop before charging at him “like a football player, head down,” is a troubled, bipolar Missouri woman with a criminal past who has a history of making racist remarks and once insinuated herself into another high-profile St. Louis criminal case with claims that police eventually dismissed as a “complete fabrication,” The Smoking Gun has learned.'

And the prosecutor knew it, yet put her on the stand.

So, you didn't read the report I see. "witness 40" was discredited by the grand Jury and the "evidence" presented was discounted.
If you need further explanation, like so many "journalist" do, the decision reached by the Grand jury was not made using testimony by Sandra McElroy....If that is even who witness 40 is, you don't know if it is and neither do the press.

The Prosecutor put every single witness that answered a subpoena on the stand no matter what their credibility.
PJ rarely provides a well considered position, and for this reason he refuses to answer my pointed questions. I ask questions such as:

"Why didn't the Benghazi committee interview our only three living witnesses who battled at the CIA Annex and the US Consulate in Benghazi, and who claim to have been told to stand down?"

Unfortunately, many folks within the Obama administration wish to hide the truth and I believe that this is why the committee didn't search for the truth. PJ is apparently comfortable with this glaringly incomplete investigation and for Benghazi truth to remain hidden.

The dodger is back at it!

Oh snap! And you're right.

I provide thoughtful opinions and facts backed up by a source (when necessary) on this board. I have the courage to do that. And if you had thoughtful opinions and facts you would do the same. But you don't.

Your contributions to this board are to demand answers to questions - or to tell an unverifiable story about one of your "expert" friends. After Bengazhi I don't answer questions on your game show anymore. I spent two years answering your questions about Obama's big cover up...and now I'm ashamed for lowering myself to play that game.

So I'll say it again. Statements fact don't end with a question mark - and that's why every point Boilerman makes ends with one.

Pj - please enlighten us with your knowledge of charter schools.

Candy-Of course there's some major asswipe cops out there who are on a power trip, I've met one or two myself but as a whole I think they are a good group who've chosen a career path to really want to help people. It sure isn't to get rich. Maybe after a while they start getting tired of people being abusive to them. I don't think there's a whole lot of love between the cops and people in the poorer neighborhoods. It almost seems like it's become an us against them attitude amongst them?

Let me clarify. I admire cops and their duties, the risks they take to keep us safe. Nothing is 100% and the bad cops always stick out, get noticed, as per the one I wrote about. My dad told us that cops (and teachers, and other in authority) stand in for them (parents) when they can't be present (in school, on the street) and we are to follow their orders. Those that react to protect themselves and others have to defend their actions when things to wrong. It is bad when a wrong action by cop resulting in harm is proven, bad for everybody. Like a doctor who gets sued for a bad surgical outcome. Doctor may have followed standard of care, but things don't always come out as everyone hopes, then the patient or family sues to get money, even if the doctor did not violate standard of care.

Wow, so the jurors just hit the Delete Key and all memories of her testimony were.......Erased! I bet those same grand jurors would tell you that TV commercials don't influence their buying decisions.

Besides, you KNOW this sort of thing is grounds for reversal in a criminal case, don't you? (Yes you do, don't deny it.)
How about brown's friend who claimed he saw everything, but was hiding behind a car? How about the forensic evidence that backs up Wilson?

If that can be proven, his friend should be tried, convicted, and sentenced for perjury.

And if the prosecutor put a witness he knew to be totally non-credible on the stand, he should be fired and disbarred, at the very least.

Fair?

Wow, Forkie and I agree on both of his points below. Hell has apparently frozen over.

HA! funny.
My favorite was the "witness" who claimed Brown was on his knees and Wilson walked up and shot hjim "execution style". Classic
