This is what a thug looks like

Does this include smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol too since they are drugs?
What about in states where pot is legal?
Also what if the person on welfare does not buy the drugs?

I can understand not wanting people on welfare using that money to buy drugs in states where it's illegal. But if they're getting high on some other persons dime and it's not affecting their work, then why does it matter if they get high rather than get drunk, or both?

It's just another way to control people. They should be tested for Booze, Coffee, Potato Chips and Candy too. Also inspect their bathrooms for multiply toilet paper. Poor people don't need those luxuries.

No they do not deserve anything that working people work their asses off for, I agree no coffee, booze, cigs, candy etc..... get off your asses and work. I go without many of these items and I work 50-60 hours a week. Nothing worse than being down on your luck, but even illegals seem to find work, do explain you friggin bleeding hearts.
Wait a minute !

What is this multiply toilet paper of which alanleroy speaks ?

And does it fit in a basket ?

DonDiego has read about fancy-pants ways of wiping' before:

""Once I did wipe me with a gentlewoman's velvet mask, and found it to be good; for the softness of the silk was very voluptuous and pleasant to my fundament. Another time with one of their hoods, and in like manner that was comfortable; at another time with a lady's neckerchief, and after that some ear-pieces made of crimson satin; but there was such a number of golden spangles in them that they fetched away all the skin off my tail with a vengeance. This hurt I cured by wiping myself with a page's cap, garnished with a feather after the Swiss fashion. Afterwards, in dunging behind a bush, I found a March-cat, and with it daubed my breech, but her claws were so sharp that they grievously exulcerated my perineum. Of this I recovered the next morning thereafter, by wiping myself with my mother's gloves, of a most excellent perfume of Arabia. [He continues in this vein for several pages.] But to conclude, I say and maintain that of all arse-wisps, bum-fodders, tail-napkins, bung-hole-cleansers and wipe-breeches, there is none in this world comparable to the neck of a goose, that is well downed, if you hold her head betwixt your legs: and believe me therein upon mine honour; for you will thereby feel in your nockhole a most wonderful pleasure, both in regard of the softness of the said down, and of the temperate heat of the goose; which is easily communicated to the bumgut and the rest of the intestines, insofar as to come even to the regions of the heart and brains. And think not that the felicity of the heroes and demigods, in the Elysian fields, consisteth either in their Ambrosia or Nectar, but in this, that they wipe their tails with the necks of geese."
__from Gargantua and Pantagruel by Francois Rabelais

Not this goose neck wiping business again.

Hell, all they really need is a steady supply of gruel.

Sen. Norman H. McAllister. Most of the the newspaper accounts say he is a "vocal conservative" who advocated drug testing welfare recipients. He also allegedly kept a stable of women as sex slaves. He used the women to attract and reward his farm hands as well as for his own needs.

Maybe it has something to do with his "religious freedoms"?

Then you need to test anybody that receives a government check.Including politicians. Hell, ESPECIALLY politicians.

You especially need to check politicians for multi-ply toilet paper.

The senator is anti-murder, so apparently Malibber is suggesting that murder must be good? Boiler disagrees.
