Three weeks til the party starts

Well its exactly three weeks til Vegas and our annual soiree (or sojourn or whatever you want to call it).....staying at the Nugget for 39 per nite and of course I found out AFTER I booked the Nugget that the El Cortez had during our week stay a basically free room with food credit and free play. The Vegas Club was doing the same thing but only free play. Oh well, ive always liked the Nugget.......I'm looking for quarter craps and the only place i've played in the past was at the Jokers Wild. I hear that the Hacienda and the Railroad Pass both have it but I can't confirm. Has anyone here played at either of these places and can confirm that they have quarter craps? I saw in some places that they have $1 on the pass line but doesn't say they have quarter chips. I will be glad to post a TR when I get back as there will be 6 of us so I'm sure something interesting will happen since one of our group is a self-professed genius and we always enjoy betting against him when he does his horse handicapping. Nothing personal but after a few drinks it just is a great time. I'm disappointed that the Plaza will be under renovation while we are there since that's a $10 MP that I cant use. But at least there are plenty of others so not to worry. Also plan on checking out the Pinball Hall of Fame, that sounds like a really cool place that ive not seen in previous trips. Anyhow, I'm really juiced since it gets me away from the rat-race which is the east coast.
Sounds like a great time allready. Sorry cant help with info you're looking for,but im sure someone here can help. Have a blast and looking forward to a TR,sounds like it will be a good read.

Have a great time. I'm jealous.
What a coincidence.....I am leaving three weeks from today, too.....And we are staying at The Golden Nugget!!!!!!....We booked the vacation package through Southwest, air and room (Rush Tower)....Got a pretty descent rate! Have fun, good luck.....I don't know who you are, but I bet I see you!!!
MIKE

I guess three weeks from today is the best time to go. Four of us staying at Caesars for five nights. Can't wait. The hubby has never been. Harrahs thought enough of us to comp us two rooms! We plan on seeing Hoover dam and one of the canyons while we're there. We'll be downtown that Wen night, party on!!!!!!!!!!
I would like to have tried out the Rush Tower but my cheapness wont allow it......plus the Carson tower has always been just fine except for the long walk from Fremont Street.......which in effect is a good thing as I can work off the days pig outs and have some quiet away from the Fremont experience. For Mike, Hope you have a great time too! Ill be traveling on SW as well since they have a non-stop from Baltimore to LV. Im sure we will run by each other at some point......thats an interesting thought. Im not too worried about finding out about the Hacienda and the Railroad Pass since I KNOW I can get a cheap game at the JW. Just wanted to check out somewhere new that I hadn't been too before. I expect the reason that end of April is a good time to go is its after the NCAA tourney and after the Broadcasters conference. For the others.......Ill have a drink and a toast for all that can't be there on Wed nite!
April is the time to be in Vegas, three of us will be there in 3 weeks as well. It is party time in Vegas, its just special when your there.
Yes, April is a great month to be in Vegas. 2 weeks away for us. Time to start organizing my coupons and free plays.
