Elin demolished the house because of "termite infestation"! This whole time I thought her only "creepy bug was Tiger" but I guess not.

Her new building permit is a house that is very similar to the one she had demolished.
A simple 9 bedroom-2 kitchens-2 jacuzzi-a pool cabana and a 3 bedroom guest house!

I'll take the "guest house"!

That Termite excuse might have just been to get around some zoning laws. Seen the "remodeling" excuse used a few time to protect a "grandfathered" law; you remodel in sections until you have an entirely new place but have the protection of not having to upgrade to current codes, restrictions, etc.

Did she use a 5-iron to demolish the place?
