Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos

Any believers yet? Personally, I am enjoying seeing Tebow continue to find a way to lead his team (yes, HIS team) to win while his critics have to eat their words. I take nothing away from the Denver defense as they continue to play great. The show may not last but Tebow continues to show improvement and his teammates seem to believe in him. Finally a NFL football player who is a great role model - and who does not shy away from being one.

I don't like hypocrites. People praying in the endzone and then getting arrested in strip clubs later that night. Tebow seems like the real deal. Good for him. Did you hear his interview last week about football just being a game and how his hospital project was really what was important to him? I think it's just than words and that he's the genuine article.
I'm rooting for the kid despite the christianity bull$hit...
Well he's got about three weeks to pray ........ before he meets the Patriots on December 18th.

Rick

Sad thing about is once they lose a few games in a row then everyone will want to run him out of town.
i say start Brady Quinn, he's from NOTRE DAME!!!
Brady does not have the heart of an NFL quarterback. Tebow does. However, I do not believe he will be effective in the long run.

Then maybe they should use him for just short yardage plays

Rick
Didn't the OP express a belief that NFL games were fixed just a few weeks back? If thats the case, the scriptwriters are just setting him up for a fall.
Let me be more specific. I think it likely that either Tebow will be injured to the point of losing much of his effectiveness as a runner, and will be left with his just adequate skills at quarterback, or other NFL teams will watch how the Pats defend against him and copy it week after week. Either way, he will not be effective "in the long run" literally.
