Tipping at rental car agencies

I spent Super Bowl weekend at the Orleans and rented a car from Enterprise about 3 blocks away. When I dropped the car off, they offered to drive me back to the Orleans and I excepted. My question is, should I have tipped the person who dropped me off?
I know Enterprise offers to pick you up or drop you off but I did not know if tipping was expected.
I always tip the guy from Enterprise that picks me up/drops me off. Never gave it much thought. At home, it's a five minute ride and I'll throw him $3 bucks each way.
Hhhmmm, I've only had to use Enterprise once and did the pick up thing (my car was totaled by a deer) and it never occurred to me to tip the guy. It's not something I usually think about at home-only in Vegas! (actually only in gambling destinations)

Learn something new everyday!
I always tip the driver something. That's what he's there for.

You're suppossed to tip everybody in Vegas - even the guy who mugs you behind Gold Spike.

We be talkin' about Enterprise here. If the car they bring you and take from you from is a 10-year-old compact that is fugly inside without a working AM radio, only tip the delivery driver a buck if he or she is timely with their particular service.
In Vegas you tend to tip everybody. You might even tip a girl $5 for bringing you a 35-cent bottle of water or a fifty cent coke.

But do you tip the Enterprise driver? Hmmm. If you went to the Bank of America to cash a $500 check, would you tip the teller?

If a Highway Patrolman writes you a speeding ticket a bit south of SouthPointe on the 15, do you tip him for lowering the offending speed from 92 to 72??
Forget Vegas. I use Enterprise local. I can walk the seven blocks from my house to them, I can take a taxi or I can call them and ask to be picked up. Its a service they provide, if I called a taxi, not only would I tip that driver but I'd be charged as well.
BTW- If the teller from BOA came and picked me up so I could cash that $500 check, then drove me home afterwards, damned right I'd tip her.
I usually tip the driver under those circumstances.

The only exception would be if the driver rubs me the wrong way.

I also tip the shuttle driver taking me from the airport
to the rental car facility.

Hey, tipping is not a mandatory thing.

You are the one parting with your money.
You decide who and how much to tip.

Dude, that was real good the way you sneaked up on me like that. Here's an extra $20.00 for doing such a good job.
