Tipping the Beautician

I use the owner ..i mean the owner of the shop cuts, streaks and often blows out my hair.. I tip him 25% and give the shampoo girl $3.00.
I only go 4 times a year.
He's a magician and if I complain (I have done so twice in 15 years) and want him to change it in a week or two, he'll fix it for free.
He's very inexpensive and his shop is close by...good guy. Keeps prices down for all the bluehair ladies on a fixed income...

I think that no tipping the owner is becoming obsolete. Another person to tip.
