Uh, so how can you determine this?
Have never seen "Non-riff-raff" pricing listed. LOL

I HAVE slept in the luggage rack, but that was on a Greyhound to Reno.Very comfortable ride, kinda "springy".
The rack on a Boeing are just too far up there! I would love to be in there, like being inside a coffin!
Dark and quiet. That would be the red eye ,"riff-raff" flight. I'll need the beverage cart to get up there.
My best advice for sleep on an airplane is for the flight home after a vegas trip. Party hard, see a bunch of shows, prowl the strip and Fremont, stay up incredibly late and wake up incredibly early because, well, just because, that slot or table game is due to hit any time now, eat to your heart's content. Then, exhausted from the trip, you'll nap easily on the way home.
A trick i've learned is to take the redeye either Friday or Saturday nite. Fewer people on plane generally means an empty seat next to you and more room to stretch out. That said, I rarely do more than dooze off.

They usually label it "first class". Or, you could take your own. I convinced my wife to go along with my hobby by letting her skip TSA, bag checking, gate waiting area and flying with "riff-raff".

Years ago we would purposely book the redeye flight home, to have more gambling time that last day without paying for another night (in the days before comps). And the flight was cheaper.

But, this became torture after a few years. Sleep was fitful at best, and by the time the plane landed in Dallas for a plane change, I felt like I'd been beaten with a stick. I said "never again", and I haven't.
We don't sleep well on planes. At best we doze
