Today's (2-20) QOD. You missed the boat.

I think you guys misunderstood the question that was asked. They were asking about the "payouts" on the machines as you played the games. Sometimes a million chips will last for days and days allowing you play as much as you like. Sometimes a million chips only last a few hours. These games also let you buy coins with real money. These coins can last a long time or you can blast right through them.

I think what the person was asking was, "If I spend $XX.00 on coins, will the payback be the same, or close to it, as a "Real" slot machine".

I thought it was answered.

How I read the QOD reply: regulations require all slot machines, including the mobile games, to have 75% minimum payback. That is probably as close as they can get to an answer, because no casino (and likewise no regulated mobile) will divulge the payback on their "Real" machines, some of which no doubt are set at 75%. A few machines, and probably some mobile games will be set to a higher payback, for truth in advertising, as in "Our slots pay up to 99%", etc.

Mobile operators certainly are not going to be forthcoming and say "Our paybacks are not close to those of real slot machines." This would only come from somebody on the inside who is willing to sell out their company (and possibly go to prison).

JMHO, though.

I think the person is asking if the slot machines on the social games on Facebook like MyVegas and Slotmania are required to payback the minimum 75% like the slot machines in the casinos and the slot games the casinos are offering on the internet. When I play MyVegas and double or triple my bet, it seem like my coins go poof in a hurry and the wins are fewer and farther apart.

OK. I can't imagine that there is any correlation, but I sure don't know.
