Today's poll about dive bars

At first I thought I had only been to the Double Down. I know the Double Down has been on Anthony Bourdain's show and Samantha Brown's show. I thought the place was a total joke and not that great. I however forgot about the Stage Door near Ballys. I walked in there on a very hot day and there was a woman bartender who could have been bartending for a much more expensive place. She was virtually a 10 on the looks scale. I think my beer was 1.50 or 2.00.

With that being said, I voted for the Stage Door in the poll. I'm guessing Double Down will get it, but I will only go back there with people who want to see it for the first time.

Careful now.... talking like that, they might try to talk you into running for President in 2024.

Of the entire list I have only been in Frank's Tiki bar........As far as I remember.
Double Down was great a decade ago, with its kick ass jukebox and bizarre drink combos but it's well past its expiration date. Now that it shares a parking lot with what I presume to be a gay dance club, parking sucks.
I never saw the attraction of the Stage Door. My favorite is the Hiching Post Saloon, but I'm glad it continues under the Radar..

The old Bunkhouse was a true dive bar, but it's current incarnation as a concert hall is as much of a dive bar as
The Beauty Bar.
PJ knows.

I would go there just to see the bartenderness.
Wally likes Dino's - the last Neighborhood Bar in Vegas. Recommend that you check it out.
For a minute there I thought we were talking about the Double Deuce in Roadhouse
Roulette Man the Stage Door might have closed. Can someone confirm this? I was hoping to visit Stage Door when I will be staying at Flamingo later this month but heard they closed the Stage Door dive bar.

I don't see anything in Google saying they are closed and their Facebook page doesn't show anything about them being closed. There was a Stage Door Deli in NY that closed and moved.

Here is a picture of the Stage Door in 2009.
