Today's QOD, Miracle Mile

In the Answer of todays's QOD. They've done away with the fake thunderstorm. I was in awe of the fake thunderstorm. I would describe and talk about it to friends with great zeal. I thought it was amazing. One of my favorite Vegas things to see. Am I the only one that was impressed by it and sad to see it go.

I admit, I am just a simple country boy.

First time in the Miracle Mile, we stopped for a bite to eat and wondered why folks were congregating outside the sandwich shop. Then the thunderstorm show started. It was cool but not really something to pull in the masses from the strip.

Thought it was cool....but certainly not overwhelming.

It was cool once. But I wouldn't visit the Miracle Mile to see it.

John Denver could write a song about this.

I preferred it when it was the Desert Passage. The rain storm was on my top ten freebie list. There is no continuity of theme or style in the Miracle Mile.

Oh man, they took out the storm? I always that it was pretty cool. I admit I'd never make a special trip or anything but when we stayed in PH towers for a week, I always stopped and watched every time it happened to come on when I was passing.

Just put some Money Storm video slot machines in the mall halls.

I also liked the thunderstorm.

Darn...I never saw the thunderstorm....
