The group was Tool, as you noted. The album was released in 1996, and was titled AEnima. A track on the album, which was released as a single in 1997, was titled AEnema. Notice the slight difference in spelling -- that’s not a typo.

Link to YouTube video with lyrics. Wouldn’t really appeal to me, which is good for the song, because that usually means it WOULD appeal to everyone else.
