Touch / Kiefer Sutherland

Anybody watch the pilot? I think it is going to be a great show, different concept. I like connecting the dots and trying to solve the mystery before it is revealed.

It was hard to watch KS not kick the crap out of the guy at the gas station.
Yeah I watched it. It looks like it will be a good one. I have to agree on the gas station part. I thought to myself kick his butt jack!!! lol
Thumbs up from me also.....

I had the impression it was more like a movie and I'm not sure it will work as a TV series, but I am eager to watch and find out.
What's the show 'bout?, ....... what night is it on ?

Thank You. Rick

Kiefer Sutherland returned to TV Wednesday, but not as the familiar federal agent Jack Bauer he played for eight years on "24."

Sutherland hit the small screen in Fox's "Touch," portraying Martin Bohm, a single father with an 11-year-old son who has an obsession with numbers and the ability to see interconnections within the universe, sometimes even predicting the future.

Fox previewed the one-hour series before the season officially begins March 19, Mondays 9pm ET.

The network describes the show as a "preternatural drama in which science and spirituality intersect with the hopeful premise that we are all interconnected."

Will "24" fans want to tune in?

"This is a very different kind of show," Sutherland said, according to the New York Daily News.

"Touch" is expected to be a lot more sentimental than "24," as Sutherland's character is haunted by an inability to connect to his mute, severely autistic son, portrayed by actor David Mazouz.

"The heart of this show is the father connecting with his son," Sutherland, 45, explained. "But it's also a suspense thriller, a procedural. Every week we set up and resolve a case. There's a lot of excitement and action."
Thanks for that Blade.
There is also a 911 connection. MB's wife died in the towers.
I think 911 will continue to play a big role.

Frank Kneeland is just going to be beside himself that the show attempts to prove that things are not random but fit into an algorithm that only the gifted can see.
That is what he has been arguing/discussing about?

Wow
In my Dvr, looking forward to watching it.

Anybody watching alcactraz? It is a JJ Abrams show with lots of twists.
I am watching both and both are scheduled in my TiVo. I like Touch better, but Alcatraz is good. Garcia might end up being good in this one-he wasnt that great in Lost.
