I made this on the grill the other night and it turned fantastic,beer can chicken. Really simple and it's really a no fuss no muss meal that turns out a very moist and tasty bird. Not much of a recipe for it really, get one of the stands that holds a beer can season the bird however you wish and cook over indirect heat. Only trick is not to open the hood of your grill much,only towards the end to check for temp.You'll lose all the heat that way.
