Trip Report 10-27-16

One more question,Sir.
How would you compare Jet Blue,Southwest and others for price and service and value?
I've flown on SW ONCE. I go Alaska, now.
The Jet Blue terminal in Sea Tac is at least a hundred yards less walk to the boarding gate.
I'm not mobility impaired..... yet.
I know that some air lines do not fly out of Boston.

You got a deal at Alamo. AND good luck in 'Vegas.

I prefer Jetblue's planes and TVs and assigned seating. The SW planes on the way home had no TVs and SW never has assigned seating. Both airlines are okay but sometimes one is cheaper than the other and that can swing the decision. But if/when prices are close to equal I'd choice Jetblue over SW. Also in my case there are no direct SW flights from BOS to LAS and back but there are some Jetblue direct flights.

ST
Thanks for that.
I always check about 3 air fares b-4 I go.
Yes,the price is a consideration, but also seat comfort and LEG room.
PJ is taller than I, but at 6',I still feel cramped on some flights.

What do you choose for a 300 pounder that is 5'5"?
An exit row?

No. First class. Wider seats, better food and drinks,if that's what you want. I had to go first class round trip because of a broken tib/fib and it was fine. It was $100 more EACH way.Well, normal was $200,crippled boy paid
$300. Seattle to Las Vegas,RT.

The 6'3" people will choose an exit row: More leg room.
OK,the seat won't recline.
Can you beef the exit door, solo? Yeah.

I have read that the style/banter of the attendants will put you in a better mood.
I NEED that for the trip back home.
I will consider Jet Blue.
Thanks,straub66.

I have time and money, but it's a LOT of work to travel by air.
Should the trip be part of the experience? It always is.
Anticipation can be more pleasurable than the actual event, sometimes.

Like some one has already said,IF you don't feel scared when you walk into a casino, you have not studied the odds against you or you are a fool and just don't care.

The Eye Of The Tiger is important. It's all about skill and attitude.
Win or lose,I always have fun,but it's a lot more fun if you choose ....not to go solo.
