Trip Report: Caesars Palace Las Vegas w/ COSMO the DOG!

Great trip report SIF but the "piddles" and "poopies" had me laughing!

I wont touch the weewee pads.

I don't understand that... The weewee pads on my carpet have no weewee on them (yet)... being closer to the weewee pads is better than being on the carpet where missed weewee goes...

Geat idea for other casinos too. As long as they don't get cute and try to stick the unwary in those rooms.

I was very interested in your report.
I ADORE all animals but in general I think this is a very bad idea.
I think there are a lot of people who will not be as responsible as you obviously are
and will leave their animals alone, neglected and barking.
(Which is definitely not what I want to encounter at a luxury hotel.)

Kudos for doing it the right way.....but didn't your GF want to come gamble WITH you?

She doesnt gamble! She was very happy with room service and movies. The hotels WiFi was unusably slow so she just used her ipad for books and games. It was so slow you couldnt even sign up for the service!

She was happy with the relaxation before her next semester started anyway.

Geez, Tonight, we went to dinner and we felt so bad leaving him at home. He is the sweetest boy.

I don't think they allow dogs in the room on their own. But I guess its better than leaving your pet home alone! If they offered a doggie sitting service that would be nice.

MoneyLA did offer to doggie sit while we went out to diner but we did not take him up on the offer and stayed in the room the whole time...

Slapinfunk... tell them the truth.

Cosmo is truly a special dog with special VP talents. using his special senses, Cosmo can determine when winning hands will appear on VP machines. So as Slapinfunk was playing he would talk on his cell phone to his girlfriend who would translate the dealt cards and replacement cards using appropriate growls and barks to Cosmo who would then reveal when the next royal would appear. Unfortunately slapinfunk was not playing the machines where a royal was due, and Cosmo had him moving from machine to machine looking for a machine that was due to hit. In fact, during the entire weekend, we didn't see even one royal at Caesars. Cosmo is an expert at this and no doubt saved Slapinfunk from wasting too much time and money on machines where no royal was coming. Good Cosmo, good Cosmo.

Yeah, blew all my money the first night and was happier in the room with my baby boy and girl friend
