I literally have nothing bad to say about Southpoint. They followed through on every little special thing we asked them to do for our wives. I love the casino, and the food options are great. Movie theater is clean and well-run. We didn't bowl this trip, but I've had a great time doing that on other trips.
I've done all the touristy stuff on the strip. I'll go there for shows and other special things, but I have no desire to stay anywhere there.
