Triple 7 Brewpub in Downtown Vegas

This place "had" always been a favorite of mine, but two years ago it was terrible. After I visited on that trip, I read Tripadvisor reviews and the place was regularly getting ripped for terrible food.

I'm planning a Vegas trip, and today checked current Triple 7 reviews and apparently they've turned things around and then some. Have any of you been here lately, and if so what did you think?
I agree it went downhill. I'm not aware of any refresh but there's lots of things I'm unaware of. My current champion of beer and bar food downtown is Pizza Rock. They have alot more than Pizza and a very large selection of brews....and lots of space. Its easy to get a good seat there for whatever sporting event you want to watch
I'll make a point of hitting Pizza Rock on my next trip. Thanks PJ.
Damn PJ, I just visited the pictures of the pies at Pizza Rock, and that looks good.

Was there in January and ate there twice.Bacon cheeseburger with FF the 1st time and a steak Quisadilla the 2nd time.Food and service was good, no complaints here.
I went to Triple7 in January and it was pretty good. It may be hit or miss based on what you order.
My group of five ate there Super Bowl weekend and everybody liked the food. I had a mushroom swiss burger and a friend had the fish and chips, not sure what the others had, but as I said, all five were satisfied.
I have eaten there several times in recent years and always enjoyed it.
Triple 7 appears to have done two 180 degree food quality turns. The first turn from good to bad, and the second turn from bad back to good. I wonder what caused the serious downturn and then what allowed for the correction.

It sounds like changes in head chef/executive chefs. This has happened in my hometown to a few restaurants. Leadership at the top of the kitchen is important.
