Trump campaign files suit in Vegas

They are alleging fraud because the polls were allowed to stay open past closing.
It's a long time tradition that if you are on line at the closing time, you are allowed to vote. Trump
evidently doesn't believe in allowing it.

As if Latino people needed any more motivation to get out and vote or volunteer. Thanks Trump!

And by the way, in Nevada it isn't just tradition it's the law.

"NRS 293.305 Closing of polls; admission of voters and other persons.
1. If at the hour of closing the polls there are any registered voters waiting to vote, the doors of the polling place must be closed after all such voters have been admitted to the polling place. Voting must continue until those voters have voted."

As usual billy gets the story wrong. The allegation is that people were added to the line after the polls close which would be in violation of the law.
As no one from trump was there, what are they basing it on?
Why pick the spot with a large minority turnout while other spots on the east side that presumably had trump supporters go unchallenged.
The suit says the polls stayed open after the closing hour.
I am watching the livestream of the hearing, and the judge is majorly shutting down the Trump argument.

And according to the Clark County Registrar, early voting does NOT by law have a closing deadline, and as in all previous early voting periods, someone joining an existing voting line has the right to vote regardless.

Of course this time we have a major crybaby to deal with. I mean crybabies, including some on this forum.

Lol Trump’s case has already been dismissed.

During an 11 a.m. hearing, Clark County judge Gloria Sturman tore into Trump’s lawyers and then threw out the challenge. “Are [the votes] not to be counted?” she asked. “What are you saying? Why are we here? You want to preserve the poll data? That is offensive to me. Why don’t we wait to see if the secretary of state wants to do this?” She added, “I'm not going to expose people doing their civic duty helping their fellow citizens vote, that they are taking their personal time to preserve… to public attention, ridicule, and harassment.”

I thought forky was going to be driving people to the polls today. Did they take your van away.

The judge in the case was a democrat, the suit never had a chance
