Trump embraces Hillary's drug price crackdown

Trump says he will pick winners and losers and lower drug prices
Democrats won't stand in his way on this special interest smackdown ...but you can bet Paul Ryan will.


In any event, I'm keeping track. since the election Trump has
1) embraced Hillary's stance on drugs
2) Obama''s policy on deportations
3) bernie's policy on protectionism
4) the Obamacare protections on pre existing conditions

But on the bright side for conservatives - he still thinks climate change is something dreamed up by the same folks who orchestrated the fake moon landing.

All in all, I'd say it's progress as the president-elect runs away from the drivel he ran his campaign on. And it's not even Inauguration Day yet.

So much BS and so little time so I will focus on "Obama's stance on Deportations"....

For some reason both Obama and Hillary voted to fund border security enhancements ("a wall") in 2006 and it was never built under their leadership. Bush Border Wall They now criticize the newly elected President for building the wall.

Hillary and Obama, are eager to let in any refugee from any war torn nation with no effective vetting (think San Bernardino) and for some reason Christians from these regions are not allowed. No Christian Refugees Allowed!

I hardly think Obama and Trump have the same views on immigration. If you believe this to be true, I expect you will no longer rant about the President elect views on immigration / deportations from this point forward.

As mentioned earlier deportation rules changes under obama. Prior to 2009, people caught at the border were returned & were not counted as a deportation.

Since 2009 those returns are counted as deportations. If you subtract the returns from the count deportations have gone down under obama.

I don't think Trump will be allowing unvetted Syrians & he plans to cancel illegal obama's dream order. So I don't understand how Trump & obama have the same immigration policy

Republicans have announced that their bold new plan for Obamacare is to repeal it...

Trump went from saying he'll deport 10 million illegal aliens to now saying he will only deport the ones with criminal records....in other words, exactly what Obama has been doing. Meanwhile, obama's outrageous executive order to protect children of illegal immigrants is now being drafted into a permanent bill by republican lawmakers....the same lawmakers who called Obama's executive order "amnesty". Oh, and the 70 foot wall built by Mexico....yeah, they're running away from that one too.

Sorry, Confederate tea-partiers. You've been played.

When republicans actually have to govern they don't subscribe to the same drivel thy use to wind up the "under educated " (trumps phrase) And that's a good thing.

This included “8,234 violent convictions and 208 homicide convictions

Ya'll heard it here first. PJ embraces Trumps policy stances on drugs, his policy on deportations, his policy on protectionism, and Trumps policy on Obamacare.

Like I said before, it's great to have PJ on our side. I suspect, however, that Trumps plans are not in line with those of Clinton, Obama, and Sanders. PJ will eventually become quite sad when reality sets in.
