It's been years since I've been in Trump Plaza. Never liked it there.

Wow - less than 10c on the dollar! Should have made it a challenge on Apprentice - couldn't have made any less.

Place has needed alot of work for a long time.

Trump Marina was sold to Golden Nugget for a very low price, was rebranded and renovated & looks much better.

The center boardwalk should be doing better due it's prime location but Ballys has become a dump with large parts of it's casino shuttered

They will likely find a way to use Hurricane Sandy Relief money to stimulate the buildings.

Thats the same price Gold Spike sold for just a few years ago.
