Rather, than blame those who are a fault for their difficulties, they have been conditioned by Fox News, Breitbart and other right wing media outlets to blame minorities, feminists and liberals for all their problems. They expect that the election of Trump is the beginning of their restoration to their rightful place in society, and it is open season on members of groups that they think oppressed them.
For the record:
__DonDiego does not feel empowered by Trump or anyone else. He's not even sure what that means; he jes' keeps on agoin', . . . enjoin' hisself as best he can. Why would one's race affect one's "feeling of empowerment" anyways?
__DonDiego doesn't blame anyone else for his difficulties; surprisingly, he doesn't have a lot of difficulties. Maybe that's 'cause he started a'workin' at the age of 15 and held a job his whole life thereafter until he retired at 50. 35 years of working' is plenty if'n one puts a little aside every paycheck. teechur's and his needs are few, and investments once thought necessary for a more pleasant retirement have been a grown' faster than expected. Most of it'll end up with the kids; if'n DonDiego had his way he'd skip the kids and see to it that it went to the grandkids, but teechur says that p'rbly ain't a happenin'.
__DonDiego doesn't blame minorities or feminists for any problems; surprisingly he has few problems. Old age and its infirmities are beginnin' to affect him, but that's pr'bly better than the alternative.
__He does blame "liberals" for expanding Government expenditures into areas the Government should not be involved with, . . . predominantly income redistribution. Nonetheless, he is unlikely to engage in public demonstrations demonizing anyone in particular. He supposes across-the-board cuts in Government spending overall should result in a happier, more independent population; but he expects although it should some folks wouldn't like it at all.
__The election of Mr. Trump is unlikely to alter poor old DonDiego's station in life. He's jes' a hopin' things don't fall apart into anarchy and general unpleasantness; and if'n they do, he's glad he's not in a Big City, . . . so's there'll be e bit of a warning' if'n insurrectionaries were to head his way.
__So long as folks don't bother poor old DonDiego he's unlikely to harm anyone.
__All poor old DonDiego asks is that the Government restrain its spending for things it really, really needs to do and doesn't do nothin' more that ain't authorized by the Constitution. That way everybody should get along 'jes fine; why, that's what them fellas who set up the USA was aimin' fer.
"People, I just want to say, you know, can we all get along? Can we get along?"
