I'm pretty sure he's blaming Obama's Iraq and Syria policies for allowing ISIS to grow from crisis and defeat in 2009 to World Wide Terrorist organization with tens of thousands of fighters and control over millions of people in 2016. Saying Obama 'founded ISIS' is a metaphor for ignoring ISIS when they really were the JV team.



But Trump very publicly blamed George Bush for founding ISIS during the Republican primary. Does that mean that George Bush and Obama were working together to bring George Bush Sr.'s promised new world order to fruition?
Right. They were co-founders of ISIS.
DONALD TRUMP (in 2007): Now it's [Iraq] a breeding ground for terrorists. So, look, the war is a total catastrophe.

WOLF BLITZER: Who do you blame?

TRUMP:: And they have a civil war going over there.

TRUMP: Very talented, very smart. She's a friend of mine, so I'm a little bit prejudiced. She's a very, very capable person and I think she'll probably be the nominee. We'll see, but I think she'll probably be the nominee.

BLITZER: Is she ready to be commander-in-chief?

TRUMP: I think she is. I think she's a very, very brilliant person, and as a senator in New York, she has done a great job. Everybody loves her. She just won an election with a tremendous majority and she really -- she's become very, very popular in New York. And it wasn't easy.
OMG! Things have changed since 2007. Go figure.
So are you saying that since 2007 the Iraq War has become an un-catastrophe and it was never a breeding ground for terrorists. Or are you just being dishonest. Again.
