She is a kid and generally speaking kids aren’t treated or held to the same standard as full grown men regardless if they are male or female. Even if she were 18, that wouldn’t give someone license to grab her.
Actually at least 3 "protestors" were affected by the "mace" and its overspray.
That would be three charges of battery in most states. The article I read mentions two of them had to be treated in the hospital. In a lot of states that would elevate two of the charges to felonies.
I saw no evidence of any breast grabbing or squeezing....
In the video I saw on You Tube, the girl is upset and screaming about the guy having grabbed her breasts. Generally, that would be considered a contemporaneous statement and admissible into evidence in a civil or criminal trial.
