Trump’s Tax Returns

MSNBC is covered by the First Amendment. The person who gave them to the reporter could be in trouble but indications are it came from a Trump insider.

Where are your indications? You don't have the right to submit confidential information without someone's permission. If I find your social security number, do I have the right to publicize it?

This was a huge thud. Rachel Maddow and MSNBC couldn't look any worse.

Thanks Rachel. I no longer look like the biggest ass.
Papers are stamped " Client file".
What do you think that indicates? Who would have access to tax records with such a stamp?
First Amendment protects the reporters. The person who leaked them to the press isn't covered by it.
A brief summary for those interested readers, if any, who'd like the dirty details:

Donald Trump Just Got a Nice Victory

I think it is great that these tax returns have surfaced - it gives the liberturds something else to twist and talk about.
There's is a lot of buzz today that affiliates of Trump, if not the White House staff directly, purposely "leaked" the 2005 two-page return because it was in Trump's best interest.

With the other phony stories that some of the press has generated, I wouldn't believe that story for a single second until they have more proof.

Usually it is stamped "Client Copy" and that is for additional client copies.

The law was broken here. You must have permission to have a copy of the return.

Trump likes to sue his enemies. Let's sit back and see if something is done here.

Who said anything about the press? Fake news?

The buzz I referring is conversation among people using critical thinking skills. Two
Pages of a return 11 years ago doesn't harm Trump. It helps him. Look at the thread above as proof.

"How did a vulgar, ignorant, racist, sexist blowhard come to be adored by tens of millions of Americans, many of whom believe he will save America, which he promises to do by overriding our Constitution?"
___David Cay Johnson, October 28, 2016, cited in The National Memo - 15 March 2017

Mr Johnson is the alleged recipient of the alleged Trump Tax Return.

In late 2016, David Cay Johnston founded DC Report.
The homepage of today's edition of DC Report displays 12 headline stories dating back to 25 February, . . . ALL negative reports on the Trump Administration. And it's ALL negative reports on page 2, going back into January.
DonDiego wouldn't be surprised if Mr. Johnson has a bias against President Trump.

Mr. Johnson, himself, surfaced the "suspicion" that President Trump may have sent him [Mr. Johnson] the "tax return". So much for "buzz".

For the record, poor old DonDiego does not adore President Trump, does not believe President Trump will "save America" [actually does not know what this even means], and trusts President Trump will be constrained from overriding the Constitution [see President Franklin Roosevelt history on "overriding" the Constitution.]

Nonetheless, DonDiego opines Mr Trump was preferable to Ms. Clinton in 2016, . . . and preferable by a large margin, . . . in fact, preferable by a h-u-u-u-u-u-ge margin.
