Turkey sandwich spot?

Does anyone know the name of the name of the restaurant that has the turkey sandwiches with stuffing and cranberries? They are known for them year around? Thanks
Capriottis. The name of the sandwich is the Bobbie. It comes cold, but you can request it to be warm.

Capriotti's locations in Nevada

The Earl of Sandwich has a turkey, cranberry, stuffing sandwich that is seasonal. I don't think it is nearly as good as Capriotti's.

I thank God the nearest Capriotti's to me is fifteen miles away, with traffic to fight, so I'm not tempted to eat there very often.

I LOVE the Cole Turkey at Capriotti's
I thought the acclaimed Bobbie was so-so because the turkey was IMO overly processed.
I like their cheese steaks much better. Of course, your mileage may vary.
Thank you for the help. Can't wait to try.

The whole turkeys are baked on the premises. They shred the turkey rather than slicing it. Other than that, I don't think they are over processed.

Yeah, I read that about their turkeys but I still thought it tasted very processed.
Maybe just a bad day or they use some kind of marinade/injection to make their Bobbie's?

Hey. HEY!! That was directed at moi' I have a feeling! Actually the turkey turned out fantatstic, best I've ever done. I made a chicken broth (homemade)/butter and herb injection. Nothing overpowering at all but added tons of extra moisture. Used rosemary, sage and thyme with a little salt. Next thing I want to do is get a turkey fryer, but that will wait til after the move, need to detract not add crap for the house.

Anyway, my injection juice turned out good
