Nothing overpowering at all but added tons of extra moisture. Used rosemary, sage and thyme with a little salt. Next thing I want to do is get a turkey fryer, but that will wait til after the move, need to detract not add crap for the house.
Anyway, my injection juice turned out good

I like their cheese steaks much better. Of course, your mileage may vary.
The whole turkeys are baked on the premises. They shred the turkey rather than slicing it. Other than that, I don't think they are over processed.
Yeah, I read that about their turkeys but I still thought it tasted very processed.
Maybe just a bad day or they use some kind of marinade/injection to make their Bobbie's?

FWIW, Simon & Garfunkel for their Thanksgiving turkey used parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme.
Just having some fun jatki and I'm happy your bird turned out great, but good God you'll have to cum up with a better name than injection juice.
