I wonder if Liarry doesn't participate in this forum.....one hour as PJ, one hour as Forkie, one hour as Mali......that way SHE doesn't have to the conniving, she can have one of her alto ego's do it for her.

I just have this vision of dummies sitting on Liarry's lap......

Yeah, alter-egos who voted for Bernie Sanders this year and also opposed her in 2008.

Go sell stupid somewhere else.

Man, am I good or what? PJ. So predictable.

I have never voted for a candidate who was against Major things I believe it...
...and so you took your ball and went home.

You know alanleroy, you could give a master class on how to be ineffectual and impotent when it comes to effecting political change. Let's compare you with the vast majority of Bernie supporters who got Clinton to alter her stance on the TPP treaty, the minimum wage, college tuition, and other issues, and then chose to support her in the general. If most Bernie voters were impervious to compromise like you are, Hillary would have had no incentive to change her positions. But because of both our hard work and our flexibility, we are going to end up with a candidate that is considerably more progressive than the one we started with.

So keep on voting for purely symbolic third-party candidates alanleroy, until you find one that is pure enough to meet your standards. We like it that way.
Change her Positions Change her 'Public' position for the gullible is more like it...
Here is the full quote - directly from Wikileaks - that right-winger never seem to want to quote in full. It's pretty much Schoolhouse Rock 102, and any politician in a negotiation that shows all their card is an idiot. Lincoln was no dummy.

"My dream..."
Trying to shift to a different Hillary quote now that the one YOU brought up turns out to be utterly reasonable? Okay, just concede I'm right and we'll move on to the next one.
I've been a choir director for years. Trust me, it's the sopranos that have the egos.....not the altos

Dude..that was just an example of how her Private positions are different from her Public ones. It's not shifting the subject. It's illustrating it with an example.....of her Private Position...when she talks to Brazilian banker donors. Perhaps you can find an example of her publically 'Dreaming' about Open Borders and Free Trade within the Hemisphere.

Emulating Abraham Lincoln in passing the 13 Amendment? Okay, I'll take that.

Because selling out your ideals to appease your foreign banker donors is just like Lincoln in passing the 13th Amendment. And they say I'm the king of false equivalence.

Because "free trade" and "fair trade" are mutually exclusive. More centrist commentating straight from Sean Hannity's cue cards - and echoed on this board by our non-partisan referee, ALanLeroy.

It is possible to conceive of a system where countries all trade with each other without cheating or manipulating labor. I hardly see the nefarious nature of wishing for that end...but then again - I didn't see any death panels in the ACA either. So maybe I'm just blind.

Lvfritz, Alan, and Hoops remind me of the guys that hid in the bunker with Hitler during the last days of the Third Reich.

Right. You must just be blind...because it's not like the real world where we're running up hundreds of billions in trade deficits. Where Hillary declared the TPP the Gold Standard of trade deals, but changed her mind when it suited her pandering. So PJ is a free trader now? You're sounding more like a Republican.
