Twenty Las Vegas Dinners under $20.00
I would add the meatballs at Raos to this list.

I just go to Rao for the meatballs! They have the BEST meatballs i ever tasted!
Don't think the Golden Nugget's buffet would have been my choice in the "less-than-$20-dinner-buffet" category. Unless it spruced up in the last year, seemed pretty weak to me.

Is the new Pantry at the Mirage related to the famous one in Los Angeles (owned by former L.A. mayor Dick Riordan)?
I've been to "Tacos and Tequila" at Luxor. The bar is nice but the food is nothing beyond what you get at your average fast-casual taco stand.

I would add :
- the Oyster Bar at Palace Station....or Texas Station.
- Maybe the Oxtail Soup at Hawaiian Favorites in the Cal.

It's not as good as any of the Boyd Buffets or any of the Stations Buffets...and it's more expensive. Not a value for sure.

I love the Golden Nugget, yet fully agree with Twagner.

PJ has sent Boilerman in the right direction for food many times.

I must agree with everyone else about the Golden Nugget buffet. Unless the food and variety has improved tremendously, there are better uses for my $20 at a buffet. One I've been wanting to try is the express take-out box at Wicked Spoon for $19. Depending on the size of the box, I figure I could easily cram $19 worth of their sirloin, roast pork bellies, and roasted marrow into the box until it's ready to pop. Has anyone here used the express box?
