Some results:
__ 38% of Americans believe UFOs are real. That'd be 80-million people.
____ One in 10 have seen an alien spacecraft.
__To the question of whether they believe aliens have visited Earth, 36% of Americans who were surveyed said they do, 48% aren't sure, and 17% said they don't believe so.
__More than three in four Americans (77%) think there are signs that suggest aliens have visited the Earth.
__79% of people think the government has kept information about UFOs a secret from the public, and more than half (55%) believe there are real-life "Men in Black"-style agents who threaten people who spot UFOs.
__If confronted by an alien:
•22% would try to befriend the alien
•15% would run away
•13% would lock their doors
• 2% would try to inflict bodily harm
["defecating in one's pants" was apparently not given as an option. - DD]
So what would the readers of LVA do if confronted by an alien?
Oh, and what the heck ever happened to DonDiego's reality-based National Geographic?
