This guy really talks it up and from his creds he seems to be somewhat of an authority on the subject. What is surprising is that its' in the Excal of all places. Personally I honestly have no idea if I'll ever be in the excal again (not much of a S. strip guy) but if I do I just might have to stop and grab a sandwich and a Lone Star.

I ate there. I was more impressed with how cute many of the waitresses were than I was with the food. I thought it was just average barbecue. My combo plate had a pork chop that was way too dry.
