Didn't you ever see shows like Jim Feist's show? They talk about how hot they are and that they always have a can't lose play coming up.

I wonder if CNBC is going to bring back that Steve Stevens guys show. This guy should be making a fortune. If I remember correctly, he got somewhere around 40% of a guys winning bet if he correctly picked a winner. If you talked some sucker.... er... I mean client into betting $10,000 on a team he would get paid $4,000. All he had to do was go put $2,000 on the other team and have a sure winner. Not that somebody would do something like that though.

Here are some typical tout ads. They can be for sports or for horse racing. When I go to Santa Anita there are about four or five vendors that sell tout cards for the upcoming races that day.
